Shipping and order tracking

A standard shipping rate of R60 applies for all orders in South Africa. We offer free shipping on orders above R1 000 or free collection in Bellville, Cape Town on designated days and times.

 

When can I expect my delivery?

We have a lead time of three weeks on orders to allow us sufficient time to create each bra to our standards. Once proof of payment has been received and we have notified you that your order has been dispatched, please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number provided by Pudo (powered by The Courier Guy) to track your order on their website.

What happens if I did not receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days after you have received the confirmation that your order has been dispatched, kindly email info@babra.co.za with your order and tracking numbers. 

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or incomplete deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or the absence of the intended recipient.

Can you accommodate any special requests for delivery?

If you require a delivery within a specific time frame or if the delivery location is an office reception or a security gate, please add a note in the provided comments section when placing your order. We will ensure that our couriers are informed accordingly.
