Refund and returns policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds, but we will gladly exchange your garment if you are not satisfied with the size, colour, or in the rare occasion that it is damaged or faulty.

The following conditions apply:

  • Exchanges should be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The garments should be in 100% condition as when they were received – original packaging, unused, unwashed and with all tags intact.
  • If you want to exchange a garment for a different size, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both the return to us and the shipment of the new garment to you. Therefore, there will be a double charge for the shipping costs incurred.
  • Should you wish to exchange the garment for a different one, we will gladly offer you with a credit note to purchase any other of our garments online. Same shipping conditions will apply as per previous point.
  • Our processing of exchanges is contingent upon receiving the garments in good condition and completing a thorough inspection.
  • We are happy to offer a replacement for any structural damage such as tears, broken straps, clips, and hook and eyes that occurs within 30 days of your purchase. However, please note that the guarantee will be waivered if the garment is washed in a washing machine and exact care instructions not followed. For best results and to significantly increase the longevity of your bra, we recommend gentle hand washing.
  • Return costs of damaged goods will be for our account.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit to us.

Incorrect orders:

Should you receive the wrong shipment (extra garments, or garments you didn’t order), we will gladly set it right. Please email us at info@babra.co.za with your order number.
